Booking Policy

At Glow Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your consideration of our time and scheduling. To ensure fairness to both our stylists and clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, as we are unable to fill the time on such short notice. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $35 booking fee. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, no charges will apply.
