At Glow Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your consideration of our time and scheduling. To ensure fairness to both our stylists and clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, as we are unable to fill the time on such short notice. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $35 booking fee. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, no charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.
